1. About these terms
These terms govern the relationship between BIG BULL DIGITAL ("we", "us", "our") and any client ("you") engaging us for digital services. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a proposal, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide website development, app development, AI solutions, automation, SEO and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are set out in the proposal or quote we provide to you.
3. Quotes and proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. A project is confirmed only when a deposit is received and a written agreement is in place.
4. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) before work begins, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverable is handed over. Milestone payments are due as set out in your proposal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Late payments may pause ongoing work until settled.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the information, content and access we reasonably need to deliver the project, to respond to requests in a timely manner, and that all content you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
7. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you, excluding third-party assets, libraries and tools licensed separately. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Warranties and liability
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant project.
9. Ongoing services
Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance or SEO continue until cancelled. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
10. Cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you remain liable for the deposit and for any work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds for cancelled projects are at our discretion.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
